Getting a Trailblazer Card:
Your first Trailblazer Card is issued at no cost. Go to the Office of Pubic Safety, located in the Academic Building (Building 500, Suite 205, 404-756-4477) to obtain your card. To verify your identity, you must provide one of the following forms of ID at the time your card is made:
- United States Driver's License
- Military ID
- Another Student ID
Replacing lost or stolen card:
If your card is lost or stolen, cardholders need to deactivitate the card immediately online. The cardholder need to go by the Office of Public Safety for a replacement card. The following steps further explain this process:
To deactivate your card and report your card lost/stolen, go to Office of Public Safety. You may contact the Office of Public Safety (404-756-4477) during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.) for a replacement card. The replacement card fee is $20.00. Once a new card is issued, prior cards cannot be re-activated.
Replacing a damaged card:
No charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card that ceases to function through normal, daily usage. Characteristics not indicating normal usage are broken edges or corners, non-authorized hole punches, and vertical breakage/cracking. A charge will be imposed for the replacement of a card not indicating normal usage.
