Research Interest

My primary research interests are (1) in modeling and analysis of neural systems using mathematical and computational tools and (2) in the reconstruction of biological or material samples obtained from computed tomography (CT) image scan. The main focus of my researches are the study of the biological and dynamic mechanism underlying the generation of rhythmic activity of entorhinal cortex (EC) and the study of alignment and reconstruction of biological CT scanned raw data using back filtered projection (inverse Fourier transform or inverse Radon transform).
