FACULTY/STAFF EMAIL SERVICES UPDATE
In an effort to provide enhanced services, the Atlanta Metropolitan State College (AMSC) Office of Management Information Systems (MIS) migrated the faculty/staff email system on April 14, 2014 to the hosted Microsoft Office 365 online platform. Microsoft Office 365 offers a host of feature rich services that are much superior to the AMSC old faculty/staff email system.
Please review the following updates regarding the new and old faculty/staff email systems including links for accessing each.
NEW FACULTY/STAFF EMAIL SYSTEM
New email accounts have been generated for all AMSC faculty/staff and departments with accounts on the old email system through April 13, 2014 in the Microsoft Office 365 online platform.
Faculty/Staff and departmental email addresses for the new email system are still username@atlm.edu.
OLD FACULTY/STAFF EMAIL SYSTEM
All AMSC faculty/staff and departments with accounts on the old email system through April 13, 2014 will have until May 31, 2014 to forward or otherwise delete content stored on the old system. MIS will retire the old system effective June 1, 2014.
