Mission
The mission of Plant Operations is to provide a safe, comfortable, fully functional and aesthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to higher learning and creative expression for all students, faculty and staff.
Goals
The goal of Plant Operations is to provide superior service to the college community by utilizing the talents and tools we have at our disposal. To achieve this goal, we must perform quality work and communicate in a timely manner with all students, faculty and staff. Only through the combination of quality work and timely communication before during and after the work is performed can we expect to provide the superior service that Plant Operations holds as its standard.
Service Guide
Plant Operations is responsible for maintenance, utilities, event set-up, grounds, custodial services and pest control service. Plant 
Operations also provides minor remodeling, alterations and improvements. We will assist you by providing the information or services you need to accomplish your goals.

Emergencies
In case of an emergency repair request or problems which threaten the health and safety of students or employees, it is imperative that the problem be reported as soon as possible. During normal office hours emergencies should be reported to extension 4003. After hours emergencies should be reported to Campus Safety at extension 4040, or the Director of Plant Operations at 770-527-8863

Location: The Office of Plant Operations and Facilities Planning are located on the south end of the campus in Building 200.
Hours: The office is open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. on Friday.
